IMPORTANT: Dumpster Arrival
Your container should arrive within 24-48 business hours from time of order, pending circumstances.

Dumpster Rental:
When the container is delivered, you’re able to keep the container for as long as needed. However, your container must be emptied at least once every thirty days. If there is no activity after the 30 days a $5.00 per day fee will be incurred starting on the thirty-first day (31) day. The thirty days will restart after each swap. This charge will be in addition to the actual pulls and tonnage of the container. Even if the rental fees are paid, the container will have to be changed out at least once every six months. This helps maintain the container from deteriorating.

Unsuccessful Container Pick-up or Delivery Attempts:
A fee will be charged for unsuccessful attempts as a result of vehicles blocking the container, locked gates or fences, low power lines or tree branches, inaccessible driveways or parking lots, and/or any other reason(s) out of our control blocking access to the container. Other reasons include but are not limited to containers overfilled with materials, over weight and can't be picked up by the truck, and debris hanging off sides or out of top of container. Please do not overload the container. The container should not exceed "water level" at the top of the container or "half-full" when contents are brick/block/concrete/asphalt materials. There will be a service charge for driver delay, inaccessible dropoff/pick-up/dig-out. The Fee will cover driver's pay, fuel cost, and time for re-routing. You will be contacted about the condition of the container and be responsible for rescheduling service once the issues have been resolved. We are not responsible for the weather; therefore, there will be no adjustments in pricing due to wet debris.

Prohibited Materials:
A List of Acceptable/Non-Acceptable items will be provided along with this agreement. HOUSEHOLD TRASH and TIRES are strictly prohibited in the containers! If ANY non-acceptable item(s) are found in container, your per ton rate will increase to cover cost for proper disposal.

Cancellation:
Containers cancelled after an "attempt to deliver" has been made, will result in a fee of $50.00.

Deposit:
A Security deposit is due upon delivery of all containers and will remain on the account until the last container is pulled & account is closed. Deposit will ONLY be applied to your final invoice. The deposit will show on your monthly statement but will remain open on the account. There is a 3.25% convenience charge on all credit card transactions.

Terms & Conditions:
Our terms are NET due on receipt of Invoice. A finance charge of 18% per annum will be charged on any invoice over 30 days. Any account over 40 Days will be suspended until paid in full. If you do not understand these terms & conditions, please call our office for clarification. When the account is closed the deposit will be applied to the final bill. If there is an outstanding balance after 30 days, the undersigned agrees to have the remainder of the outstanding balance charged to the credit card on file. There is a 3.25% convenience charge on all credit card transactions.

As you have requested, E-Z Dump, Inc., may enter your property for the purpose of delivering, servicing, and removal of the roll-off container(s). E-Z Dump, Inc. will be held harmless and indemnity of all liability related to and/or resulting from said acts. E-Z Dump, Inc. is not responsible for damages to driveways, grass, shrubs, waterlines, etc.

By my electronic signature below, gives E-Z Dump permission to run my credit card given over the phone and I agree that I am the responsible party for the payment of charges on the cans I order from E-Z Dump, Inc, regardless of the ownership of the property they are ordered for. And that all other terms and conditions stated above are accepted.
